July Picks: 5 of the Best Craft Bloggers

Lime Riot
There are a gazillion craft bloggers in the web world, but this July some of the standouts have crafts that are easy to make and very creative.

Lime Riot

Sometimes I will find a piece of fabric that I think may need a little extra perk. I found Lime Riot and loved how the blogger (sorry she doesn't give her name) had some creative ideas on how to print with paint on fabric.  But she offers a bunch of tutorials.

Everyday Giggles

Christy Wallace is a wife and mother and has time to craft. I noticed her when someone shared her Macbook Laptop cover on Pinterest. I headed over to the blog and was pleasantly surprised.  I love her blog because she keeps it simple and shares lots of photos.

This blog caught my attention when I found it had a FREE pattern for a vintage dress. I headed over to the blog and found several tutorials and ideas for a bunch of crafty projects.  I'm not sure if the blogger is staying up-to-date with the blog, but it is worth looking over for past projects posted. Lots of FREE stuff.

Perch on a Whim

I love to recycle sweaters. I found Perch on a Whim when I was trying to find an easy purse/tote to make out of a sweater.  Heidi, the blogger has not blogged since 2009, BUT the blog has a lot of projects that are still worth researching. As long as she doesn't take down the blog---find some more creative projects.

Emily's Little World

Emily's Little World
This is a must visit blog. Emily is a mom and a wife and has time to come up with some great ideas. I found her when I was looking for easy ways to make flowers.  I landed on the blog she wrote on how to make flowers out of t-shirts. Yes, don't toss them out.  But there is much more to Emily's blog.
